Reservations:

Reservations may be made by email or telephone.  The fastest way to communicate with management is via email.  The telephone is answered by voice mail most of the time;  Please leave your telephone number so we can return your call.

  !! Important !! - Reservations shall be honored for a period of two (2) weeks without a deposit.  To finalize your reservation and secure your stay we must receive your deposit per the "Deposit" section below. 

Deposits:

A deposit is required to secure your reservation.  To make a deposit, please refer to the "Payments" section below.  Deposits may be refundable, for terms and conditions please see the "Cancellations" policy below.  

  • A deposit equaling 50% of your total lodging amount will hold your reservation until 90 days prior to your reserved arrival date.  

  • Within 90 days of your reserved arrival date your deposit must be increased to at least 100% of your total lodging amount. 

  • You will be invoiced for optional housekeeping expenses within two weeks of your departure.

Arrival and Departure Times:

  • Arrival / Check In time is after 4:00 PM on the day of your arrival.

  • Departure / Check Out time is no later that 12:00 PM on the day of your departure.

  • Note:  These times are to allow for cleaning between rentals.  If no other reservations are booked before or after your stay, management will be flexible with your arrival and departure times.

Arrival:

After your initial deposit is received, you will be sent the "Cascade West Guest Guide".  The guide will detail instructions about how to find the house and operate the keyless front door.  The guide also illustrates how to operate the mechanical systems in the house (heat, fireplaces, telephones, etc) and contains telephone numbers and information to help make your stay in Aspen more enjoyable. 

Your Shoes:

The house has light colored carpeting.  It looks great, but people need to be conscious of not tracking dirt onto it.  I ask that you please remove your shoes in the foyer before venturing into the house.  Fewer carpet cleanings helps keep rental prices as low as possible..

Telephones:

There are two (2) telephone lines at Cascade West, one voice line and one voice / fax line.  Local calls are free, but neither line has direct dial long distance capability.  You can make a long distance call by using by your calling card or reversing the charges.

Housekeeping:

Housekeeping services are billed above the base rental rate at $25.00 per hour.  Two cleanings per week is the minimum, but you may have maid service as often as your group requires.  Please inform management of your housekeeping requirements at least 60 days prior to your arrival.

Cancellations:

Deposits are fully refundable if you cancel 90 days or more prior to your reserved arrival date.

50% refund if you cancel 45-89 days prior to your arrival date.

No refund if you cancel less than 45 days before your arrival date.

Payments:

Please make all deposits and invoice payments with a check, money order or cashier's check.  Visa and MasterCard payments are accepted via PayPal only.  PayPal payments should be made to Stay@AspenCascades.Com.

Billing:

  • A lease agreement will be emailed for you to sign before you make your first deposit.  

  • An invoice for the balance due on your stay will be mailed to you within two (2) weeks of your departure.  This invoice will include your lodging and housekeeping expenses.
